These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of https://crispyaudio.com and all rental services provided by Crispy Audio. By booking our services, submitting a payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Crispy Audio provides professional event rental services, including but not limited to:

• Audio and sound system

• LED video walls

• Event lighting

• DJ equipment

• Event production and technical support

Services may include delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown unless otherwise stated in writing.

Booking & Deposits

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Acceptance of a written quote or invoice, and

• Receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Any deposit collected is used to reserve assigned technicians and block the requested equipment from availability for your event date.

Payments & No Refund Policy

All payments and deposits made to Crispy Audio are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Event cancellation for any reason

• Change of mind

• Weather conditions

• Venue issues

• Delays or schedule changes outside our control

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved in writing.

• Any rescheduled event may require additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details (date, location, access times)

• Ensure safe and adequate power supply

• Obtain any required venue permissions or permits

• Provide clear access for load-in and load-out

• Ensure the event environment is safe for equipment and crew

Crispy Audio reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.

Equipment Use & Liability

• All rented equipment remains the property of Crispy Audio.

• The client is responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup.

• The client assumes liability for loss, theft, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear.

• Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the client.

Event Delays & Overtime

Rental time is based on the agreed schedule.
Any additional time requested beyond the scheduled service may result in overtime charges, subject to crew and equipment availability.

Force Majeure

Crispy Audio is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Severe weather

• Power outages

• Government restrictions

• Labor disputes

• Emergencies

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Crispy Audio’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Lost profits or business

• Venue restrictions or third-party failures

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Crispy Audio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Client negligence

• Venue conditions

• Misuse of equipment

• Violation of laws or venue rules

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and media, is the property of Crispy Audio and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

Crispy Audio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
