Yes. Crispy Audio is delivery and setup only.
We handle transportation, installation, testing, and breakdown so your event runs smoothly without technical stress.
2. How do I select my event date?
You can select your event date directly at checkout on our website.
If you need special timing (early morning install, late-night strike, multi-day setup), just leave a note during checkout and our team will confirm the schedule.
3. I want to rent for multiple days. How does that work?
Our system automatically applies a multi-day rental discount at checkout.
We only charge for the days the equipment is in use.
Setup and breakdown days are not charged.
Example:
2-day rental = 1.5× the daily rate
3-day rental = 2× the daily rate
For long-term, large-scale, or touring projects, we provide custom quotes. Just contact us for a tailored proposal.
4. Do you provide on-site technicians?
Yes. For larger events — especially LED video walls, complex lighting rigs, corporate conferences, or DJ performances — we highly recommend an on-site technician to manage audio levels, visuals, and transitions.
Smaller presentation or party packages may not require a technician unless requested

6. Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Absolutely.
You can upgrade equipment (larger sound system, additional lighting, bigger LED wall, staging, etc.) as long as availability allows. We recommend finalizing upgrades at least 5–7 days before your event
7. What brands of equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade, industry-standard equipment trusted at concerts, corporate events, and festivals. Depending on availability and event size, this may include:
Speakers & Sound Systems from brands like QSC, RCF, and JBL
DJ equipment from Pioneer DJ
Professional lighting fixtures and control systems from Chauvet Professional and ADJ
All equipment is tested before delivery to ensure reliability.
8. Do you handle permits or venue coordination?
We can coordinate directly with your venue regarding:
Power requirements
Load-in/load-out times
Ceiling rigging points
Noise restrictions
Permits (if required by the city) are typically the responsibility of the event organizer unless otherwise arranged.
9. How early do you arrive for setup?
Setup time depends on the size of the production:
Small sound systems: 1–2 hours before guest arrival
Corporate AV with screens & lighting: 2–4 hours
LED video wall + staging + full lighting production: May require same-day early load-in or previous-day install
We schedule carefully to ensure everything is tested before doors open.

The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.

12. Do you provide power generators?
Generators can be arranged for outdoor events or locations without sufficient power access. Let us know your venue details so we can recommend the correct solution.
13. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking:
2–4 weeks in advance for standard events
4–8 weeks in advance for peak seasons (weddings, corporate holiday parties)
Earlier for large LED wall or full-production events
Popular dates in the Bay Area fill quickly.
14. What if my event runs late?
If your event extends beyond the agreed rental period, overtime fees may apply. We recommend building buffer time into your booking if your schedule is flexible.
